摘要 技術轉移是最常被使用于提升技術水準之方法，技術轉移之方式有許多種，合資公司即是常被採用之方式，本研究即針對中美合資之工程顧問父司，探計其關鍵成功因素，由于此類公司並不多因此本研究即以個案分析之方式進行，深入分析各公司之相關資料並訪談相關人員以探索其關鍵因素並發展命題。
