摘要 壓力使人成長，壓力也使人枯萎。現代人在面對這「壓力的世紀」時，必須提出其「壓力管理」的策略以有效紓解排山而至的工作壓力。本研究基於對會計人之關懷，乃以201 位製造業會計人員為對象，利用郵寄問卷方式進行調查研究，試圖從「環境因素觀點」瞭解組織壓力源與會計人員工作壓力之關係。析言之，本研究探討之主題包括：
