1991上傳時間 2-May-2016 15:16:08 (UTC+8) 摘要 壓力使人成長,壓力也使人枯萎。現代人在面對這「壓力的世紀」時,必須提出其「壓力管理」的策略以有效紓解排山而至的工作壓力。本研究基於對會計人之關懷,乃以201 位製造業會計人員為對象,利用郵寄問卷方式進行調查研究,試圖從「環境因素觀點」瞭解組織壓力源與會計人員工作壓力之關係。析言之,本研究探討之主題包括: 參考文獻 壹、中文部份一、書籍雜誌1.Robert Half:會計人,如何使您更成功(Robert Half`s Success Guide for Accountants) 江秀琴、郭卿雲譯。台北市,會計研究雜誌社,民75。2. 何培基:商用統計學與SAS/PC 應用。台北市,長諾資訊圖書股份有限公司,民79。3. 林玩香(編譯) : SAS 使用手冊。台北市,儒林圖書有限公司,民79。4. 陳淑娟等(編著)心戰。台北市,聯經出版事業公司, 民80。5.
