題名 多國籍企業績效評估方式之研究 : 台灣地區之實證

摘要 多國籍企業如何合理地評估國際性績效，可說是國際會計領域的重要問題。多國籍企業對國外子公司績效評估錯誤，可能造成企業全球資源配置無效率，削弱國際競爭力;對國外經理人員管理績效評估不正確，則可能造成獎懲不公、調任失當，甚而造成反功能決策，這都將影響多國籍企業全球利潤最大化目標的達成。由於面對國內經營環境改變與國際強烈競爭壓力之衝擊，我國企業走向多國化經營乃是必然的趨勢，因而如何在複雜多變的國際環境中，評估國外營運績效，將是管理當局面臨的新問題。本研究旨在瞭解我國多國籍企業績效評估之方式，並藉以探討其合理性，希冀對我國逐漸蓬勃的多國籍企業，提供績效評估方式之參考。
