題名 國民黨與民進黨領導菁英之比較研究 : 中常會成員之分析

摘要 菁英甄捕模式的開放或封閉以及取得菁英地位的途徑，是比較菁英流動研究的一項重要課題。本研究的主要目的除了探討國民黨和民進黨這兩個競爭性政黨領導菁英(中常委)在基本特性上的差異外，另外在驗證兩個重要假設(一)組織強大的政黨傾向於採取封閉甄補模式;而組織弱小的政黨則傾向於採取開放甄補模式(Jacob , 1962) 。(二)隨著社會結構的分殊化和經濟發展的工業化，將促使建立在繼承基礎上的等級制度，轉向建立在才能和成就基礎上的開放制度。前一假設係透過比較組織強大的國民黨和組織較弱小的民進黨中常委的甄補模式的驗證;後一假設則是以比較國民黨在社經發展三階段中中常委甄補模式的差異來檢驗。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 菁英甄捕模式的開放或封閉以及取得菁英地位的途徑，是比較菁英流動研究的一項重要課題。本研究的主要目的除了探討國民黨和民進黨這兩個競爭性政黨領導菁英(中常委)在基本特性上的差異外，另外在驗證兩個重要假設(一)組織強大的政黨傾向於採取封閉甄補模式;而組織弱小的政黨則傾向於採取開放甄補模式(Jacob , 1962) 。(二)隨著社會結構的分殊化和經濟發展的工業化，將促使建立在繼承基礎上的等級制度，轉向建立在才能和成就基礎上的開放制度。前一假設係透過比較組織強大的國民黨和組織較弱小的民進黨中常委的甄補模式的驗證;後一假設則是以比較國民黨在社經發展三階段中中常委甄補模式的差異來檢驗。zh_TW
