摘要 對服務業職業婦女們參與、期望的休閒活動、二者之間的差距等，以不同的前置變項(人口統計變項、事業策略、角色感受) ，比照其特色與差異，進而對後果變項(滿足感、休閒效果)加以討論，以期對休閒活動之影響，更深入之了解。
