題名 成人學習理論應用於人力資源發展教學策略之研究

摘要 本文研究主旨乃是針對人力資源發展活動的參與主體「成人」之學習特徵及過程,引用諾爾斯M.S. knowles) 的成人學習理論及自我導向學習理論,對成人學習的過程及特徵提出一套理論性的觀點並且將成人學習理論應用於人力資源發展之教學策略上,提出一套可行性的論證。
     由於人力資源發展與成人學習理論在國內誠屬新的學術領域,因此本文利用很大的篇幅說明人力資源發展及成人學習理論的內涵、範圍、歷史沿革及研究途徑,俾使讀者了解整個學科的背景。另外,本文也採用整體觀(holistic) 的研究觀點,提出一套研究架構分別從組織文化、教學哲學、學習情境、及教學策略四個層面,探討成人學習理論在此四層面的應用及其相互間的配合。
     本文研究之動機,是希望提供一套以成人學習需求與特徵為中心的教學典範,有別於目前普遍採用以教師知識傳授為中心的教學典範,便將來的人力資源發展與成人教育之活動有另一種研究及應用之途徑。
