題名 台灣水泥民用市場之失衡模型

摘要 台灣水泥市場之分析，揆諸傳統之研究，皆以均衡供需模型方式作為政策模擬、產業分析之依據。忽略了台灣水泥市場乃一不完全競爭市場，交易可能常處於失衡交易狀態。本文研究重點共有五項: (一) 對台灣水泥業做一般概述，包括台灣水泥之歷史沿革、水泥之生產概述、水泥之銷售概況。(二)探討失衡模型，包括失衡模型之演進、Fair & Jaffee 之失衡模型分析及水泥市場供需模型之設立。(三)回顧台灣地區有關水泥市場之計量模型。(四)以Fair & Jaffee( 1972) 的模型為基礎，驗證台灣民用水泥市場是否為一失衡市場。(五)彙總研究結論，並提出未來的研究方向與建議。
