摘要 目前臺灣女性平均工資遠低於男性,約只佔其百分六十五。社會一般認為此現象主要是由勞動市場歧視(Labor Market Discrimination) 所造成,不過我們卻發現在決定工資的重要經濟變數中,男女的終身勞動參與有非常大的差異,而此差異很可能才是男女工資的主因。在假設一個人的預期終身勞動參與
