題名 國民小學主任的領導型式及其相關因素研究

摘要 本研究旨在探討國民小學主任的領導型式與認知型式、心理需求的關係，據以提出建議，作為選訓國民小學主任之參考，以增進其領導效能。本研究以「最不受歡迎同事量表」之得分區分領導型式為工作導向和人際關係導向，以「藏圖測驗」之得分區分認知型式為場地獨立與場地依賴，以「愛德華斯個人興趣量表」之得分代表十五項心理需求。然後以分層隨機取樣原則所得的189名台灣省中部五縣市國民小學主任加以施測。研究結果依132名有效樣本，分別以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關、逐步迴歸等統計方法作資料處理。歸納主要的研究結果如下：
