題名 中共出口貿易的預測與評估-政策分析與ARIMA模型之運用

摘要 【論文提要內容】
在國外經濟預測已成為政策分析之依據。但截至今日，少有將經濟預測運用在中共經濟分析上。因此，筆者遂選用中共出口貿易作為預測之標的，以探討中共外貿政策之執行成果，並預擬
我之對應措施。全文共分六章，約八萬言，各章大要如下:
第一章:說明研究的動機與目的，研究方法與分析架構，以及資料的來源與限制。
第二章:探討中共外貿扮演角色與其目標，外貿政策之基本原則與其演變，最後以評析國際大循環作為結論。
第三章:闡明中共外貿體制之特色，接著分析中共外貿體制改革，最後以評估中共自一九七九年以來的外貿體制措施作為結論。
第四章:說明ARIMA 模型在預測上之應用，然後以中共出口貿易月統計資科設定實證模型。
第五章:運用預測量與質衡量指標與平滑誤差追蹤訊號法來評估與追蹤管制預測結果，以得出可信結果。最後對預測結果作內涵分析。
第六章:結論與建議。
