摘要 社會企業在台灣近年因非營利組織為尋求穩定財源而興起，在全球則具有多元的型態以解決各地所面臨的獨特社會議題，然後對於社會企業由於其同時具備至少需要滿足財務與社會目標甚至包含環境等多重目標底線的特性，對於面臨的營運風險問題相當複雜而其風險管理架構尚未被統合性的探討。
透過社會企業在各地發展的脈絡，以及經營型態討論了社會企業的特性以及所面臨的關鍵議題，而社會企業本身同時具備了私人企業與傳統非營利組織在運作上的某些特性，因此配合成熟的企業風險管理與非營利組織風險管理架構，歸納出社會企業在營運上所面臨的風險面向。
當風險面向歸納出來之後，以策略地圖之概念，將各風險面向進行連結，發展出訪問問題。對於企業所可能產生的社會企業風險問題，包含了對風險的辨識到回應策略，透過所發展的問題，選擇台灣較具代表性的社會企業，包含台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區心靈舖子、財團法人布農文教基金會、財團法人彭婉如文教基金會進行質性訪談，企圖研究台灣社會企業在風險管理上的態度與發展程度，以及是否具備相對應的管理觀念。
透過訪問分析，發現台灣社會企業面對的風險問題，財務風險仍是關鍵的風險來源，對於核心領導人員的能力則與許多風險面向產生關聯，造成風險的原因則來自於組織在核心技能中較缺乏專業的商業與管理技能。此外對於人力資本等無形資產的發展，在整體風險的回應策略上，能產生較大的影響。
