題名 早期乳癌婦女的治療決策後悔之初探

摘要 本研究目的在驗證國人早期乳癌婦女是否存有手術決策後悔的現象,並探討決策不一致行為及乳癌治療相關之困擾與決策後悔的關聯。本研究以問卷的施測方式收集47位經歷手術治療後2年半以內的乳房外科門診及民間團體之早期乳癌婦女。研究結果顯示,部分早期乳癌婦女對於手術決策的後悔是存於的,但其後悔的程度如同國外的研究是偏低的。接受乳房切除手術的乳癌婦女其決策後悔程度顯著高於接受乳房保留手術的乳癌婦女。階層迴歸分析指出,決策不一致行為及乳癌治療相關之困擾可以顯著預測早期乳癌婦女的決策後悔,其中以決策偏好不一致對決策後悔的預測最為顯著。本研究根據上述結果提出研究限制與建議。
