題名 台灣地區報社總編輯職業角色之硏究

摘要 本論文探討台灣地區報社總編輯的職業角色，將其放到報社的科層組織來觀察，分別分析「角色行為」（role performance）和「角色期望」（role expectations）兩個領域，並就職業社會學的角度，討論職業角色的「幅度」（scope）和「蔓延性」（pervasiveness）兩個課題。
