題名 移轉技術類型、管理機制與移轉績效關係之研究

摘要 技術移轉在台灣地區現階段經濟發展的重要性，已經超越土地、資本和勞力，成為產業最重要的關鍵成功因素，國內外文獻對於技術移轉的關鍵成功因素分析，沒有將移轉技術適當分類，使得結論在適用上有困難，本研究試圖依據理論與實務現象將移轉技術分類為製程模仿型、產品模仿型、製程設計型和產品設計型四型，並進一步探討各類型的管理機制，試圖提出一個規範性的建議，以供設計管理機制之參考。因分類的構想來自實務界，增加實務上的適用性，可以落實技術移轉的管理知識。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 技術移轉在台灣地區現階段經濟發展的重要性，已經超越土地、資本和勞力，成為產業最重要的關鍵成功因素，國內外文獻對於技術移轉的關鍵成功因素分析，沒有將移轉技術適當分類，使得結論在適用上有困難，本研究試圖依據理論與實務現象將移轉技術分類為製程模仿型、產品模仿型、製程設計型和產品設計型四型，並進一步探討各類型的管理機制，試圖提出一個規範性的建議，以供設計管理機制之參考。因分類的構想來自實務界，增加實務上的適用性，可以落實技術移轉的管理知識。zh_TW
