題名 製造早期參與新產品開發活動和新產品開發的製造績效相關之研究 : 以台灣區汽車零組件業為實證之研究

摘要 製造早期參與新產品開發活動的相關理論指出,功能部門的整合可以增加組織資訊處理能力,提高績效,但只是概括性的觀念,而且新產品開發活動非常多,就成本而言,全面參與亦不見得有效,因此,製造單位應參與那些新產品開發活動才能提高開發績效,實質探討,此外,這些相關的理論並未提及部門整合時,整合部門應具備哪些能力,才能使整合達到績效,本研究亦一併探討。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 製造早期參與新產品開發活動的相關理論指出,功能部門的整合可以增加組織資訊處理能力,提高績效,但只是概括性的觀念,而且新產品開發活動非常多,就成本而言,全面參與亦不見得有效,因此,製造單位應參與那些新產品開發活動才能提高開發績效,實質探討,此外,這些相關的理論並未提及部門整合時,整合部門應具備哪些能力,才能使整合達到績效,本研究亦一併探討。zh_TW
