dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究之目的是在探討臺灣省公立高級中等學校校長甄選制度,研究方法是利用 文獻分析,瞭解一位理想高中(職)校長的基本職能及條件,並探討國外對於高中校長甄選 制度之主要趨勢,進而利用問卷之調查及訪視座談,以瞭解現職教育人員對校長甄選制度之 反應,研究結果認為應採用基本資歷、服務成績、筆試、口試、推荐等多元方式,以建立客 觀、公正之甄選制度。 | |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In this paper the author tries to study the screening system of principals at the public high schools in Taiwan. He uses literature survey, questionnaires, and interviews in order to understand educators` responses to the system. On the basis of the data collected, he analyzes the procedures and types of the system. Finally, he suggests that the public high school principals should be selected through multiple methods. | |
