| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究旨在探討退休成長團體對女性教育人員心理適應之影響。本研究以27位預 定於八十七年二月退休的台北市國小女性教師為對象，受試者於實驗前、後，以退休後第一 個月與退休後三個月均接受心理適應問卷，以考驗成長團體的影響效果，並以單元回饋心得 和感想上反應情形，做為彌補問卷評量工具的不足。根據研究結果雖然發現: 成長團體者於 團體結束後的立即、退休後第一個月與退休後第三個月追蹤，在退休心理適應上的改變情形 與資料組及問卷組間無顯著的差異存在，然而成長組成員在單元回饋中均表示能從活動中獲 得成長。根據研究結果，本研究提出建議及未來進一步研究的參考。 | |

The subjects were 27 female elementary teachers who retired in February 1998, in Taipei City. They answered questionnaires on pre-experiment, post-experiment, a month after retirement, and three "months after retirement. This is unclear and suggested these results. | |
