| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文採用文獻探討法，以國家圖書館發行的五種電子報為研究重點，並以圖書館法之規範為探討依據。研究目的包括：一、探討各報之發行背景、創立目標與國家圖書館設立宗旨之關係；二、檢視各報之發送對象及內容架構與國家圖書館服務對象之關係；三、探討理想的圖書館電子報之內容架構與編輯作業；四、評估發行電子報，是否能為圖書館找尋到新服務契機，且開拓新的互動平台；五、各報是否達到圖書館知識傳播之目標。研究結果與建議如下：一、國家圖書館的電子報確實達到以網路為傳送知識的行銷工具，且開啟服務新契機及互動平台；二、應建立統一專責的公關行銷及管理電子報中心；三、應積極運用其他異業媒體優勢及進行結盟合作。展望未來，各電子報應持續進行系統功能之擴充及知識資源之拓展。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | In accordance with the Library Law, National Central Library as a leading library of ROC provides professional library services for different levels of domestic libraries. The purpose of this study is to explore 5 NCL e-newsletters and their contents. Research methods of literature review and case study are adopted to investigate backgrounds of publication, goals, readership, contents, and editing policies of the e-newsletters. This study suggests that an interactive platform be established to coordinate the management, marketing, and strategic alliances of NCL e-publications. | |
