| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 資訊技術的運用對組織所產生的影響是非常廣泛的，有不少的學者在從事這方面的研究，但由於這個領域本身尚未臻成熟，缺乏一個共同認可的架構，各學者自行發展的結果，非但使所得到的結論相當的分歧，且無法相互參考比較，使研究成果無法累積，限制了這一個領域的發展。因此本研究以前人的研究為基礎，並參酌各相關領域之既有研究成果，發展出一個整合性的研究架構，以便引導研究方向進行。本研究並在此架構下進行小樣本的探索性研究，以探討資訊技術的使用對組織所產生的影響，以及造成這些影響的可能因素。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | There have been many reserachs that studying the impact of Information Technologey (IT) on organization. Different studies have used different framework, incompatible definition of the same kind variables, making their results contradictory and difficult to compare. This study is trying to build an integrated framework based on results of empirical studies in this field and theories about thechnology, organzation and the link between the two. Under this framework, we conduct an exploratory study with small sample size to find the impact of IT on organizations and factors that influence thene impact. | - |
