| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文在考察國內外圖書館學專業教育變革理論與實踐的基礎上，分析中國圖書館學專業變革的必要性和引起變革的力量要素。本文主張變革的目標應著眼於專業競爭力支持，堅持以資訊為中心的教育理念，以使用者為中心的教學大綱，以問題為中心的教學方法，以複合型人才為培養目標的學位結構與跨學科人才培養和終身學習的圖書館人才培養模式，來發展數位時代的圖書館學教育。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This paper reviews transformation theories and practices of library education at home and abroad in order to show the necessity and the force of transformation in Chinese library education. The goal of transformation should be focused on supporting professional competence. As the trend of transformation goes along with the development of the digital age, library education should adhere to the information-centered philosophy, the user-oriented syllabus, and problem-oriented teaching methods. In addition, library education should also establish its academic degree programs with interdisciplinary orientation and form a system of personnel training model for the cultivation of interdisciplinary professionals and for the requirement of life-long learning. | - |
