| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本文主要目的是探討開放式資訊取用（Open access）對圖書館館藏發展及其服務所產生的衝擊，首先本文經由開放式資訊取用的梗概與發展現況為基礎，進而劃分為工作重點、圖書館政策、評鑑方式、長久保存與經營模式進行研究，以提出研究發現與觀點。最後，本文嘗試導入知識管理及數位學習，以重新界定開放式資訊取用與圖書館的定位。 | |
