| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 隨著電子資源的蓬勃發展，電子資源之價格模式愈趨多樣而複雜化，各國皆希望透過聯盟形式，集結各學術研究機構會員的訂購意願，以獲得更合理優惠的價格，並協助國內學術研究機構順利引進國外最新資源。本文藉由對各電子資源聯盟價格模式之分析和評估，探討未來電子資源訂購之趨勢，期望廠商和聯盟執行者雙方一起為提昇國內之學術研究風氣而努力，真正達到雙贏的境界。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Following the vigorous growth of electronic resources, pricing models of electronic resources are getting diversified and complicated. Through the form of consortia, we expect to achieve more reasonable pricing by negotiation as well as to assist academic and research institutes in licensing the latest electronic resources. This paper evaluates a variety of different pricing models to probe into the trend of electronic resources licensing, with the hope that information providers and consortial coordinators may cooperate to enhance the quality of academic research. | |
