| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 為了因應期刊危機（Serials crisis），以及確保學術資訊資源的取得與學術傳播功能的正常運作，有識之士提出所謂「開放式資訊取用」（Open access）的新模式，以取代現行由商業市場取向的電子期刊，加速學術傳播的流程（Flow）與促進學術的創新發展。本文採取彙整式分析（Meta-analysis）為方法，針對開放式資訊取用進行研究探討。文共分為起源、定義、研究方法、宣示文件、發展現況、Directory of Open Access Journal資料分析、研究發現、相關議題及結語與建議等九部份。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The initiative of open access is founded to ensure the access to scholarly resources and to solve the issue of serials crisis. The practice of open access will facilitate scholarly communication and innovative developments of academic researches. This paper adopts meta-analysis as research methodology to explore the implementation of open access. The meta-analysis is primarily based on documentary reviews, case studies, and data analyses of Directory of Open Access Journal. This paper is composed of nine parts: origins, definition, methodology, declarations, current development, data analysis of Directory of Open Access Journal, findings, related issues, as well as conclusion and suggestion. | |
