| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 圖書館為了管理方便，除了館員及送資料的出入口之外，讀者通常只有一個出入口，且為了防止資料被竊，窗戶也通常以鐵窗保護，再加上圖書館所藏的資料多為易燃物，因此若火災不幸發生，又無事前的防備，很容易造成嚴重的損失，因此本文根據國外的資料，先了解圖書館發生火災的原因，再談談為了預防火災，圖書館可採取那些消防措施與消防設備，最後再針對圖書館萬一不幸發生火災時，應如何作善後處理，以便將損失降到最低。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | For the convenience of the management the library usually sets up one entrance and one exit for its readers aside from those exclusively for the library staff and data delivery. And to prevent the collections from stealth the library buildings are protected with iron bars on windows. Besides, most data kept in the library are combustible. Therefore, in case of unexpected fire and no precautions in advance it is very likely that there will be serious damages incurred. With related data abroad as main sources the paper aims to understand the causes of fire happened in the library, discuss the fire fighting measures and fire prevention facilities adoptable for the library and make suggestions for the handling measures after fire that are to be taked by the library in order to minimize the damages. | |
