| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | What kind of relationship between China and Russia military cooperation exists? Is it partnership or military alliance? To answer the questions, this article applies Bruce M. Russett and Brett Ashley Leeds theory of military alliance to review the Sino-Russia military cooperation in the recent years. The article finds out that the Sino-Russian relation falls short of a “military alliance” at present, however, arms trade sustains an important diplomatic relation between China and Russia. | - |
