The ideal of religious mobilization in those who adopt Marxism ideology seems to be skeptical; however, in a collective community, within the particular circumstance, the two contradict beliefs find their resolution to survive, work and develop together. The study on Vietnamese Communist and Buddhism indicates a possibility of a synergetic relationship between philanthropic organizations and authoritarian regime.
