With the influence of globalization, each country is forced, acatively or passively to respond to the impact arising from economic, political or educational field. In terms of higher education, it is not only embedded in the context of economic globalization and higher education internationalization, but experiences rapidly expansion in recent two or three decades, which leads to a great change of the condition of international student mobility globally. With that, this study argues that "ASEAN+3 area" is rising in the market of international student mobility. While with the regional view, this study also declares that there exists complex condition which needs to be clarified in "ASEAN+3 area". In order to investigate the complex condition of international student mobility in "ASEAN+3 area" and clarify the actions and challenges within the region, this study mainly adopts the research methods of Documentary Analysis and In-depth Interviews. The conclusions are as follows: (a) "ASEAN+3 area" exists the relationship of "core, semi-periphery and periphery" international student flow and dynamic changes in the countries, (b) "ASEAN+3 area" adopts "top-down" higher education cooperative mechanisms led by supra-national institutions and countries to make international students flow in the region, (c) "Location" is the factor that influences student mobility most in "ASEAN+3 area", (d) Acts taken by "ASEAN+3 area" has great gap between formulation and implementation side, (e) Difficulties faced by higher education cooperative mechanisms in "ASEAN+3 area" exist in student, national, and higher education institution level; yet the quality level between higher education institutions is the most urgent problem to be overcome. Finally, some specific suggestions are given to countries and educational institutions in "ASEAN+3 area" as reference strategies to promote international student mobility. Finally, some specific suggestions are given to countries and educational institutions in "ASEAN+3 area" as reference strategies to promote international student mobility. en_US dc.description.tableofcontents 第一章 緒論 1第一節 研究背景與動機 1第二節 研究目的與待答問題 5第三節 名詞釋義 6第四節 研究方法與步驟 8第五節 研究範圍與限制 12第二章 文獻探討 15第一節 理論視角下的國際學生流動 15第二節 高等教育國際學生跨國流動進程 29第三節 「東協加三區域」之高教合作機制 44第四節 「東協加三區域」高等教育國際學生流動之探究 59第五節 綜合討論 77第三章 研究設計與實施 79第一節 研究架構 79第二節 研究對象 80第三節 資料蒐集方式 81第四節 研究實施程序 82第五節 資料處理與分析 83第四章 研究結果與分析 84第一節 「東協加三區域」高等教育國際學生流動情況 84第二節 「東協加三區域」高教合作機制之意涵與良窳 92第三節 「東協加三區域」高教合作機制的運作阻礙 101第四節 「東協加三區域」國家推動國際學生流動之作為 109第五章 研究結論與建議 117第一節 研究結論 117第二節 研究建議 124參考文獻 130壹、中文文獻 130貳、外文文獻 132附件 141附件一 深度訪談大綱 141 zh_TW dc.format.extent 1558744 bytes - dc.format.mimetype application/pdf - dc.source.uri (資料來源) http://thesis.lib.nccu.edu.tw/record/#G0103152002 en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) 東協加三區域 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 國際學生流動 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 高等教育 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) ASEAN plus three area en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) international student mobility en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) higher education en_US dc.title (題名) 東協加三區域高等教育國際學生流動之趨勢與分析 zh_TW dc.title (題名) The Trend and Analysis of Higher Education International Student Mobility in ASEAN+3 Area en_US dc.type (資料類型) thesis en_US dc.relation.reference (參考文獻) 壹、中文文獻王秋雯、徐海寧(2013)。
