| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 石油天然氣工業是俄羅斯經濟主導部門和出口創匯的重要基礎。《2020年前俄羅斯能源發展戰略》規定，2010年和2020年，俄羅斯石油和天然氣採量將先後增長10%和15%；天然氣採量將分別增長12%和27%。爲實現這一戰略目標，在傳統重要石油產區西伯利亞秋明油田產量遞減的情況下，俄羅斯將加快遠東油氣資源的開發。本文的目的是利用新鮮資料揭示遠東地區油氣資源的儲量和佈局，闡述其開發現狀和前景，分析中國黑龍江省與毗鄰的遠東區合作開發油氣資源的必要性和有利條件，並就這方面的合作提出具體的對策建議。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Oil and gas industry is a leading economic sector and an important base for exporting and getting foreign currency. The Ahead 2020 Russian Energy Development Strategy stipulates that in 2010 and 2020 the production of the Russian oil and gas will increase 10% and 15% successively; gas will increase 12% and 27% respectively. In order to realize this target, Russia will speed up development of the Far East oil and gas resources under the condition of the products decreasing progressively in the traditional oil production area, the Siberian Tuming oil field.
This article will use new materials to reveal the reserves and distribution of the oil and gas resources, to expound the status quo and prospects of exploitation, to analyze the necessity and favorable condition in the oil and gas cooperation between Heilongjiang province and the Far East and propose some concrete suggestions on the cooperation. | - |
