| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 自1991年蘇聯瓦解、俄羅斯主權獨立後，台俄經貿關係發展迄今已逾10年，但雙邊貿易量仍然低迷不振。2001年台俄雙邊貿易總額不到9億美元，只佔同年台灣對外貿易總額的0.377%。今年7月陳水扁總統在台俄協會成立大會致詞時，特別強調台俄經濟具有強大互補性，並宣示加強雙方經貿往來的重要性及未來應努力的方向。所以，適時總結過去10年來台俄經貿發展的困境，並找尋下一個10年台俄經貿發展的出路，即爲本論文的研究重點。 | - |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union and independence of Russia in 1991, Taiwan and Russia has engaged in trade for over a decade. However, the two-way trade volume has been low. In the year 2001, the trade volume fell short of US $0.9 billion, only 0.377 percent of Taiwan`s overall external trade in the same year. At the inaugural meeting of the Taiwan Russia Association in July 2002, President Chen Shui-bian pointed out that Taiwan and Russia can complement each other greatly in the economic area and reiterated the importance of strengthened trade relations between the two and the direction for future development. This paper reviews the difficulties in developing Taiwan-Russia trade in the past decade and discusses its prospect for the next ten years. | - |
