組織變革日期 2016 上傳時間 2-Sep-2016 01:35:32 (UTC+8) 摘要 在過去日本製造業因為尖端技術和造物精神追求對於品質有極高的追求,使得「Made in Japan」旗幟世界的舞台上飄揚發光。近年來卻飽受低迷景氣之苦,在泡沫化後被日本的經濟局勢甚至稱為「失落的二十年」。國內市場對產品有高品質及高技術的要求,然而快速成長的開發中國家重視價格、速度更甚品質。現在的日本製造業,既有的生產-銷售的商業模式已無法滿足國內市場,「品質至上」的製造思維在產品生命週期縮短後難以及時供應海外開發中市場需求,再加上成本過高的問題使得日本製造業者遭受嚴重的打擊。面對新興競爭者的威脅,擁有尖端科技的製造業不能再滿足於品質及價格的競賽,應該進一步思索轉型標的,如何能夠透過服務為核心的商業模式提高價值。本研究以世界頂尖綜合電機製造集團日立製作所從2011年開始進行的智慧轉型變革為探討個案,以組織復甦、製造業服務化、企業轉型以及企業再造四種觀點剖析個案,整理出智慧轉型變革的三個階段-復甦式策略、建立新架構以及服務流程再造,逐步探討其製造業服務化的演進歷程、企業面對不賺錢的事業時該如何拿捏「取」與「捨」的標準、如何根據組織轉型目標重塑企業架構、最後則是如何跨疆界設計服務流程,提升與客戶的親密度成功轉型服務化。台灣經濟命脈來自製造業,面臨中韓的競爭以及東南亞市場的崛起,苦思轉型之道。本研究期望帶給台灣製造業轉型些許啟示,跳脫製造為本的觀念提升產業競爭力。將轉型的思維轉向如何提高價值取代如何降低成本,創造嶄新的未來。 參考文獻 一、中文資料1.日立製作所株式會社公共關係本部(2013年),日立願景之書,頁6。2.陳再明(1996年),跨越日本-日本產業五十年歷史回顧,遠流出版社。3.余佩儒、陳信宏、溫蓓章(2014年),製造服務化發展模式之研究,臺大管理叢論第25卷第1期,頁325至頁354。4.路.葛斯納(2003年),誰說大象不會跳舞?:葛斯納親撰IBM成功關鍵,羅耀宗譯,時報出版。二、英文資料1.Barker, V.L. & Duhaime, I.M.
