題名 中年男人自我認同的生活目標.生活壓力.內外控與其憂鬱之關係研究

本研究的目的在於探討：(1)自我認同的生活目標數與整體生活目標指數對憂鬱程度是否有交互影響；(2)整體生活目標指數、客觀生活壓力、主觀生活壓力、內外控信念與憂鬱程度的關係；(3)內外控信念是否會影響生活壓力及整體生活目標指數與憂鬱程度的關係；(4)個人基本資料變項、自我認同的生活目標數、整體生活目標指數、生活壓力、內外控等變項在預測憂鬱程度時的相對重要性；(5)基木資料不同組的中年男人的憂鬱程度有無顯著差異存在。
以424名36歲至65歲的中年男人為研究對象，以自我認同量表、生活事件量表、內外控量表、憂鬱量表為研究工具，採用變異數分析、共變數分析、淨相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析，得到下列結果：
1.自我認同的生活目標數與整體生活目標指數對憂鬱程度的交互作用雖然達到.05顯著水準，但無論在自我認同的生活目標數多或少的情況下，中年男人憂鬱程度的高低均與整體生活目標指數的高低有關，且無論在整體生活目標指數高或低的情況下，中年男人憂鬱程度的高低均與自我認同的生活目標數的多少無關。
2.整體生活目標指數的高低與憂鬱程度的高低有關，即整體生活目標指數愈高，則憂鬱程度愈低，整體生活目標指數愈低，則憂鬱程度愈高。
3.在不排除整體生活目標指數與內外控影響憂鬱程度的情況下，客觀生活壓力、主觀生活壓力的大小均與憂鬱程度的高低有關，但其相關係數值偏低。在排除整體生活目標指數與內外控影響憂鬱程度的情況下，客觀生活壓力、主觀生活壓力與憂鬱程度的相關均沒有達到.05相關顯著水準。
4.持有外控信念的人比持有內控信念的人的憂鬱程度高。
5.內外控信念對生活壓力、整體生活目標指數與憂鬱程度的關係，沒有干擾作用。
6.整體生活目標指數對憂鬱程度有最大的預測力，其次為內外控、客觀生活壓力。全部十四個預測變項可以解釋憂鬱分數總變異量的46.0%。
7.四組不同居住狀況的人在憂鬱程度上有顯著差異存在。即僅與配偶同住的人的憂鬱程度最高，與配偶、子女同住的人的憂鬱程度最低。
