題名 英國國會選舉制度與政黨體系之研究 作者 陳惠珍 貢獻者 雷飛龍
陳惠珍日期 1985 上傳時間 8-Nov-2016 16:31:12 (UTC+8) 摘要 論文提要本論文共一冊，計分五章，約七萬字，內容如后：第一章：緒論 闡述本文寫作動機、方法與範圍。第二章：民主、選舉與政黨 計分二節。從歷來民主理論，探討政黨與選舉為實現民主某些價值的次級制度，並論兩者間糾結關係。第三章：英國選舉法與政黨適應 計分三節。首由歷次大改革法回顧英國民主化過程的特色；次則由英國選舉法的特質，觀察政黨實際運作與學者研究之差距。第四章：單一選區相對多數決法與政黨多寡 計分三節。由「杜瓦傑法則」 (Duvergerˊs Law ) 探討英國選舉方式與兩黨制及政治穩定間的問題。第五章：結論 綜合前列各章，對英國現階段政治運作的情況作一總結。論文撰寫過程，感激雷師飛龍在觀念上及文字上的悉心指導。感激荊師知仁熱心地提供資料；感激江師炳倫、陳師義彥的精神鼓勵。更感激口試委員華師力進、許師介鱗的指正。最後，謹向我終年辛勞的父母，致上最深的謝意。另外，弟妹及好友們的鼓舞，都是我無價的精神支援。陳惠珍 謹識於木柵
