題名 技術進步、勞力吸收與經濟發展 : 理論文獻的囘顧與臺灣之實證研究

摘要 論文提要
當我們提到一國經濟發展之情況時,多半是以該國產出成長率與產出結構,及失業率與就業結構間之變化情形來衡量,而技術進步又是影響產出結構與就業結構的一項重要因素。當我國推動資訊化、自動化與技術密集產業之此際,整個國家之勞力吸收與經濟發展將產生怎樣的關聯與變化,是本文關心之主題。而本文之目的,即欲以循次漸進的方式,先介紹生產函數、技術進步及勞力需求諸理論,再進而將之連成一綫,導出一勞力吸收模型,以了解技術進步、勞力吸收與經濟發展之關係,並對台灣地區做一實證研究,以了解現況。
本文共計五章,第一章之結論,在介紹研究動機與目的,研究方法與文章架構。第二章為技術進步與經濟發展,並細分三節分別陳述技術進步與經濟發展之關係、生產函數之引介、及技術進步之測定。第三章為勞力吸收理論與模型,首先將技術進步、勞力吸收與經濟發展間之關係相結合,再回顧相關之勞動需求理論,最後建立一適於台灣情況的勞力吸收模型。第四章則為台灣產業結構及勞力吸收模型之實證研究,先觀察台灣目前產業結構有何特色,進而說明資料來源與處理方法,最後進行勞力吸收模型之實證研究,以收驗證,說明之功。第五章為結論與建議,將本文重要發現歸納列示,並做政策建議,以供參考。
