摘要 論文提要
本研究之目的在探討決策支援系統之定義、特性，討論其構建及評估方法及與管理資訊系統之關係，輔以對財務管理理論及模式之探討，而後嘗試構建一個支持財務決策的決策支援系統，以瞭解建立過程中的問題與限制，並供作管理者決策的輔助工具。研究中採文獻分析方式探討決策支援系統及財務管理之相關文獻，並予以整理、歸納，作為構建系統時的指引。另以個案研究法，以某大飼料公司為對象，實際構建一個支援財務的決策支援系統。
決策支援系統具有（1）易於使用、（2）模式庫與資料庫整合、（3）用以解決各項問題，特別是非結構性問題、（4）具有良好彈性等特性。而財務管理包括投資決策、融資決策及股利決策，三大決策互相影響，不應單獨考慮。財務決策更是涉及決策者價值判斷、對風險偏好不同等因素，此種結構程度低的問題，採用決策支援系統將能提供更有效的支援。
在系統發展方法方面，本研究採用雛形法，並以IFPS作為系統發展母體，所完成的初步雛形已用於支援個案公司以投資決策為主、兼及融資及股利決策的擴廠決策。
