題名 我國企業資訊部門績效評估之研究 作者 邱清治 貢獻者 林英峰
邱清治日期 1985 上傳時間 5-Dec-2016 15:52:30 (UTC+8) 摘要 論文提要一、研究目的：1.建立資訊部門的目標層級。2.產生資訊部門的限制因素，3.現行企業評估資訊部門發效的程式，採用何種指標？權數各多大？4.比較各種改善資料部門的績效行動方案的效果。二、研究方法：本研究採用問卷調查法，研究對策為國內製造業及資訊業的高階管理人員及資訊部門主管。採用的統計方法有肯德爾和諾系數檢定、複迴歸分析、單變數百分比分析。三、研究發現：1.資訊部門的目標及限制因素不受產業別、資訊部門人數、電腦化年數、預算、費用分攤方式，組織地位、資料處理作業方式等因素的影響。2.企業高階主管及資訊部門主管在評估績效時，採用的指標不同。高階主管較重視資訊部門對組織的整體影響，資訊部門主管較重視部門內部的作業效率及效果。3.從管理及事前的分析規劃著手改善資訊部門的績效最為有效。四、結論與建議：1.在資訊管理及評估上，應考慮資訊部門目標的多重性及限制因素的來源。2.高階主管與資訊部門主管在評估績效時所用的指標不同，但二者關係密切，應加以整合使用，3.在改善資訊部門績效時，管理應參與，從管理及規劃方面著手效果最大。
