| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 档案网站是档案机构服务社会公众的重要载体。本文主要从便于社会公众利用档案馆的角度出发,调查地市级档案网站内容建设现状。本文采用网站浏览的方式,依据调查量表中的7个关键指标逐一检视420个市级档案网站内容建设的情况。研究发现:档案馆在设计新版本的网站时需明确公布其交通、内设机构等资讯;在档案数字化的过程中,揭示馆藏资源并在线公布馆藏资源目录;进而加强用户交互。 Archives website is the important carrier for archive publicity to serve the social public.In the view of public usage of archives,this paper focused on content construction of municipal archive websites in China.The content analysis of websites were used to browse and evaluate the 420 municipal archives according to seven core indicators summarized from literature analysis.While designing the new version of website,the archives should clearly publish information about its transportation and internal units.The collection resources and the online catalog have to access more convenient on archive websites,and the user interaction need to be strengthened. | |
