| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 非營利組織提供的服務，具有頗多外部性效益，因此經營績效之良莠不僅攸關組織的存續，甚至關係到社會資源配置決策。鑑此，本研究的第一個目的在於探究非營利組織的架構，第二個目的是研究創新管理的應用，第三個目的為探討公司治理的模式，第四個目的以新北市召會為探討案例，實證結果顯示對於組織的變更上，創新性公司治理對於組織的發展有高度正相關，驗證了創新性公司治理的理論能切實運用；面對時事的變革與環境的衝擊下，新北市召會提供策略與創新管理的成功案例。The services generated from the non-profit organizations have a lot of externalities. The performance of the institutes affect not only its operations but also the critical decision of resources allocation of a society. Hence, The first purpose of this paper is to propose the framework of the non-profit organizations, the second purpose is to study the application of innovative management, third purpose is to explore the models of corporate governance, the fourth purpose is to take the church in New Taipei city as an explorative example, the empirical results show that the innovative corporate governance is highly correlated to the organizations’ development during the modifications. It can verify that the theoretical innovative corporate governance can be used effectively. The church in New Taipei city affords a success case of strategies and innovative management during facing the impact of current events’ changing and the environment. | - |
