The major problems we face today, such as healthcare, unemployment, economic crises, and an aging population are better addressed from a social sciences perspective. In this chapter, four societal innovation cases are introduced. They derive from four UNESCO nominated creative cities, namely, Kanazawa in Japan (year awarded 2009), Lyon in France (2008), Ostersund in Sweden (2010), and Norwich in the United Kingdom (2012). The rationale of selecting these four cases is that they meet the six criteria of societal innovation, namely systemic change, structural change, stakeholders’ involvement, acceptance by the citizens and government, successful systems interdependency, and having desirable outcomes and impacts. 關聯 The Impact of Societal and Social Innovation pp 19-50 資料類型 book/chapter DOI https://doi.org/10.1007/978-981-10-1766-7_3 dc.contributor 企業管理學系 zh_TW dc.creator (作者) 林月雲 zh_TW dc.creator (作者) Lin, Carol Yeh-Yun en_US dc.creator (作者) Chen, Jeffrey en_US dc.date (日期) 2016 dc.date.accessioned 7-Sep-2017 18:02:00 (UTC+8) - dc.date.available 7-Sep-2017 18:02:00 (UTC+8) - dc.date.issued (上傳時間) 7-Sep-2017 18:02:00 (UTC+8) - dc.identifier.uri (URI) http://nccur.lib.nccu.edu.tw/handle/140.119/112585 - dc.description.abstract (摘要) More and more people acknowledge that innovation is the engine of economic growth, prosperity, and the foundation of the well-being in a society.
