摘要 本文從全球及臺灣生物醫藥科技產業的現狀和趨勢，對目前生物醫藥科技產業發展整體狀況進行研究。文中，從生物醫藥科技產業價值鏈以及生命週期研究入手，觀察目前生物醫藥科技產業化發展趨勢。並對相關重要問題如生物醫藥科技產業所面臨之風險如經營風險與融資管道問題進行了探討。至此，本研究對生物醫藥科技產業化發展所涉及的主要內容進行了比較全面深入的研究和探討，具有重要的理論意義和可操作性的實踐意義。
