| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 農業乃歐盟整合的基礎。歐盟自一九五八年建立歐洲經濟共同體以來,即採取共同農業政策,追求多功能農業目標,包括:提高農民所得、促進生產效率、維持市場穩定、正常供應及價格合理等。歐盟自二○一○年起推動農村政策,成為共同農業政策的第二支柱。另外,歐盟在WTO及對外談判之自由貿易協定,主張地理標示及非貿易關切等事項,以保護歐盟農業利益及多功能政策之實現。歐盟農業多功能政策因此具有重要意義,並得提供其他國家參考借鏡,值得重視。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Agriculture is the foundation of European integration. Since the establishment of the European Economic Community in 1958, the European Union (EU) has adopted a Common Agriculture Policy (CAP) to promote farmers` income, production efficiency, market stability, stable supply and price rationality, etc. The EU initiated a rural policy in 2010, which developed as a second pillar of the CAP. The EU also actively proposed issues such as non-trade concern and geographical indication to protect European agricultural interests in the WTO and its FTA. Therefore, the EU`s agricultural multi-functionality policy is highly significant and can set an example for other countries. | en_US |
