題名 教師知識管理與資訊素養技能之研究-以彰化縣高職教師為例

摘要 繼產業界興起知識管理浪潮之後,知識管理亦受到教育領域研究者所重視,但是學者們大多運用產業界知識管理之理論模式於教育領域之研究。然而,教師知識管理與一般產業組織員工之知識管理所具備之內涵並不相同,如要更深入探討教師知識管理則須要一更適切之理論基礎。Paul Dorsey(2002)認為:個人知識管理可以藉由一套具有邏輯概念且解決實際問題的資訊技能來實現。本研究以Paul A. Dorsey所提出個人知識管理理論為基礎,透過450位高職教師來實證其理論模式,並探討教師知識管理與資訊素養技能之關係,進而對相關教育行政機關提出建議與改善。
After knowledge management implemented in the industry organizations, education organizations also make the most of it. However, most researches in education organizations of knowledge management use the model implemented in the industry organizations. But the essence of knowledge management about teachers in schools and employees is various. In order to explore the knowledge management of teachers in schools, we need more appropriate theory of knowledge management. Paul Dorsey 2002 thinks: personal knowledge management is a set of skills and practices that allows an individual to effectively and efficiently process data, information and knowledge that have come into his/her possession. The purpose of his empirical research is to prove Dorsey’s aspect and explore the relationship between teacher’s knowledge management and information literacy skills. Finally, recommendations based on the findings and conclusions were made for education organizations and further study.
