題名 生產線機台自動化管理系統之應用研究

摘要 許多高科技公司生產線上的機台維護保養及機台狀態掌控都是以人工的方式來排時程,其缺失例如:由助理以口頭提醒或電子郵件通知PM (Preventive Maintenance)的時間與內容,且工程師都需填寫單據來完成PM表單,助理收到後則需要將資料紀錄到年度計劃表上,無法即時反應實際狀況且日後追蹤與查詢時須花很大的人力來找出文件資料,稽核時無法讓QA人員即時知道PM狀況而且PM資料遺失時又需再補寫缺乏保存性。因此,希望能維修管理電腦化,讓相關人員能夠即時掌控廠內機台PM狀況、機台的使用情況以及維修記錄。
其解決之道,就是以生產線機台自動化管理系統利用人性化的排程及記錄介面以及明瞭的監控畫面,讓使用者可以透過PC、手提電腦、PDA、有線/無線網路來連線使用這套系統,且主機可透過主動的E-MAIL或手機簡訊通知相關人員最即時的訊息,除了解決現行人工作業的問題外,系統更能提供更完善的相關資訊收集與呈現,可以方便相關人員或主管的掌控狀況也可以供其它系統(例如: Manufacturing Execution System, MES)在評估運算資料時的重要資料來源。
當公司日漸茁壯,相對應的客戶也越來越高階越來越專業,所以對於公司的生產環境與條件也越見嚴謹,各項生產機制越完善就表示錯誤率越低、效率會更好!
The schedule for maintenance production line’s machinery and its condition of machinery is arranged by way of manpower in many high-tech companies. The disadvantage such as: the assistant will inform the engineers with the time used and content of PM (Preventive Maintenance) via e-mail or oral communication. And the engineers have to fill in the vouchers for the completion of PM worksheet. When the assistants receive the worksheet, they have to record the information in annual schedule. It can’t response the real situation immediately. And it needs a lot of manpower to follow up and search the information, when we need it. In the auditor, it can’t make QA staff understand the situation of PM. We have to re-write the PM worksheet, when it was lost. The lack of communication is very seriously. Therefore, the related staff can control the condition of machinery, use situation and maintenance record immediately only by the way of the computerization of maintenance management.
The best way of solution is to count on automatic management system in production line machinery. The user can operate the interface of humanized schedule and records on the PC, notebook, or PDA. They can operate it via cable/wireless network, too. And they can know the updated information via auto-E-MAIL or data reduction of mobile phone. Except for the solution of the manpower operation, the system can provide perfect collection of information and present the data. It is more convenient for the staff or director to control the situation. It can also provide other system, for example, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which is generate the origin of the analysis important data.
When the company is more growing up, the customer is expected more high–level and professional services. So that it will give rise to the precise requirement in the output circumstance and qualification of the company. The error rate will become lower and the efficiency will become better, when all output mechanisms are perfect!
