題名 運用Blog於師資培育之探討

摘要 本研究應用Blog平臺架構出一個實習教師網路反思學習社群,讓實習老師透過Blog的RSSC(友站聯播與訂閱)、Comment(文章迴響)等功能進行教學實習、導師實習、行政實習及研習活動的反思,並藉由同儕的相互迴響,教授的評析和推薦,與他人對話互動,期望能提升其教師專業知能。參與研究的對象共有65位實習教師,經過近一年的實施,結果發現:(1)實習教師在Blog發表和迴響的篇數有兩極化現象,(2)多數實習教師表示在Blog上反思、迴響及閱讀同儕的文章對其教師專業成長有幫助,(3)實習教師願意使用Blog的原因在於可以增進專業成長及獲得成就感;而實習工作忙碌沒有多餘的時間則是其沒有在Blog上反思或迴響的主要因素。
The purpose of this research was to establish a web-based learning community on a blog platform and to examine its influence on practice teachers’professional development. Blog with RSS, Comment, and Trackback functions, which allows biology practice teachers reflecting on their teaching practice, mentor practice, and administration practice, and interactions with other peoples,. Sixty-five practice teachers, coming from different study levels, were invited to participate in this project. The qualitative and quantitative data, including self-reflection journals, reciprocal feedbacks, and questionnaires, were collected and analyzed.
The major findings are as follows:
1. Participations of the practice teachers on blog reveal obvious difference.
2. Most of the practice teachers claimed that they get support and benefits by reflection on the blog for professional development.
3. One major factor that influences practice teacher reflection on blog is time constraint.
