| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This project is a study on the Germany’s key legal methods in 20th century, also the jurisprudence of interest and the jurisprudence of valuation. First it would like to discuss the history developmental contexts of these two legal methods, second analyze their main theses and conception of law, and at last describe their effectiveness and influences.
