| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計劃建構具有內生資本結構和市場結構的一個熊彼得成長模型，用以探討財政政策對廠商數目、廠商規模、財務槓桿、經濟成長的影響。我們得到：(1) 經濟體系呈現均衡不確定性。(2)當代理成本越大時，R&D廠商將傾向使用股票籌資，並使得廠商數目增加和經濟成長愈高。但是股票市場愈不容易籌資時，債權市場不一定能有助於總體經濟績效。(3)資本結構、租稅政策、股利政策、代理成本，以及經濟成長之間有著密切的關係。R&D廠商籌資越容易，該國經濟成長率越高。 | zh_TW |
