Project management日期 2018 上傳時間 2-Mar-2018 11:41:28 (UTC+8) 摘要 統包工程與一般純建造工程性質差異大，所需之工程專案管理領域更廣，舉凡工程設計、採購及現場裝建等專案規劃與控管，實有研究之必要。基於個案建廠執行期間所產生的一連串議題與衝擊，藉由理論知識與實務的比較探討，解析出新的工程服務觀念、策略與做法，滿足不同客戶的需求。本研究以台商在大陸的工程服務管理為主軸，結合參考文獻及實務的探討，將個案公司在大陸執行專案的作業進行研究，進行層層解析，期盼在大陸工程環境的激烈競爭環境下，能提供以顧客導向的工程服務，找出永續經營的服務方略，作為個案公司未來大陸子公司營運策略的建議。
There are huge discrepancies between lump sum turnkey construction projects and general construction projects. Lump sum turnkey projects require a wider field of engineering project management covering the project planning and project control of engineering design, procurement and site construction. So, it is important to do further research in this area.The title of “the long-term strategy of Tech-Top Engineering Company in China” is the main subject in this study.
