摘要 For creative IT-generated contents, challenges in creating hybrid professionalism knowledge are composed of (1) the practices of the community of apprentices and masters (CoA&M) allowing content experts and IT professionals to acquire the knowledge together and (2) a synthesis mechanism integrating various professionalism knowledge.
