| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that knowledge transfer is a distinct criterion on evaluating potential vendors in high-tech capital market.Three confirmatory factor analysis models are applied to validate the dimensionality of intangible attributes of vendor selection criteria. Participants are 364 prospective organizational buyers from nine semi-conductor manufacturing firms in Taiwan. Our findings indicate that organizational buyers can make a distinction between ancillary industrial services and technology related attributes. Specifically, vendors’ embedded technological capabilities and their capabilities on transferring knowledge to buyers are perceived as different criteria when buyers selecting qualified vendors. | - |
