摘要 「少子化」已經成為事實,需要精進的是「幼兒身心健康並適性展」,亦即,因應兩大目標 - 「少子化」和「菁英化」便分別成為育兒亟需面對和解決的「基本需求」和「終極需求」。

社會人口老化的成因主要有二 – 人類平均年齡逐年攀升、年輕人因養兒育女負擔沈重而不願生育。本論文以後者為出發點,認為「少子化」的前提下,父母及祖父母更加重視培養幼兒成為未來菁英,除了確保幼兒能在生理、心理雙向標準下能健康成長,更確保成長過程中能養成為茁壯的菁英,為社會貢獻 GDP 和成長動能。因此,「未來幼兒園 Future Kindergarten」所需扮演的角色亦日益吃重。

本論文在省視幼兒教育的利害關係人 stakeholders,包括幼兒家長、幼兒園教師、幼兒園方等,以及現代幼兒園和時下負面之教師瘧兒社會新聞的觀點,探討在滿足各利害關係人對幼兒健康成長和社會化需求之外,更能尋找為幼兒適性適向發展的長遠規劃,同時並發展新商業模式,為未來幼兒教育界注入活水。
The term, “fewer children” was introduced by the Japanese scholar Y. Asami in 1996 depicting the worsen phenomenon of the contemporary world. It is inevitably challenging to achieve two goals in the field of Early Childhood
Education i.e., to well raise up the children and meanwhile to well educate them to be professional. It is to improve the productivities of the society to cope with
the shortages of the human capital in the aging world.

This thesis, Future Kindergarten is also inspired by the visions of the UNESCO’s program, Education 2030. It is to advocate the equitable quality education and the lifelong learning for the professional skills. Thus, the Future Kindergarten is designed to solve the problems of fewer children and the needs to educate them to be competitive in accordance with the attitude of the individual. A brand-new business model emerges as well after the study. All of these are to ensure the needs of the stakeholders to be fulfilled and the prosperities for mankind to be realized.
