Syrian refugees日期 2018 上傳時間 3-Sep-2018 16:02:25 (UTC+8) 摘要 The Syrian civil war has entered in its eighth year in 2018. Currently, around 6 million Syrians have fled to neighboring states and European countries for refuge. As the largest refugee crisis since the World War Two, non-state actors (NSAs) are becoming more and more crucial in terms of refugee governance. This thesis attempts to explore how NSAs and their cooperation and networks with public actors contribute to manage the refugee crisis through further investigating public-private partnerships (PPPs) on refugee matter in Germany. The findings show that the existing PPPs concerning refugee affairs are mostly on service delivery and capacity building; the formation of these PPPs and networks is not only owing to state actors’ contracting out social services to NSAs, but also because NSAs and civil society volunteer to help refugees and asylum-seekers live a better lives. 參考文獻 AfD files complaint against German government’s refugee policy. The findings show that the existing PPPs concerning refugee affairs are mostly on service delivery and capacity building; the formation of these PPPs and networks is not only owing to state actors’ contracting out social services to NSAs, but also because NSAs and civil society volunteer to help refugees and asylum-seekers live a better lives. en_US dc.description.tableofcontents 1 Introduction 11.1 Research Motivation and Objectives 11.2 Literature Reviews 21.3 Theoretical Framework 71.4 Research Approach 71.5 Research Scope 81.6 Thesis Structure 102 Refugee Crises Since World War Two 112.1 Refugee Crises from World War II to present 112.2 Current Situation of Syrian Refugee Crisis 132.3 Serial Debates on Refugees 152.4 The Burden or Responsibility Sharing Schemes 162.5 Responses towards Syrian Refugee Crisis 173 Current Refugee Governance and the Actors 193.1 Global Refugee Regime 193.2 Regime Complexity and Approaches on Refugee Matter 203.3 Major Relevant International Governmental Organizations 233.4 States 243.5 Non-State Actors 254 Public-Private Partnerships in Refugee Governance 284.1 Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Governance 284.2 Models and Trends of PPPs in Refugee Governance 294.3 PPPs in Refugee Governance in Various Fields 305 NSAs, PPPs and Refugee Governance in Germany 335.1 Refugees in Germany since World War II 335.2 Syrian Refugee Influxes since 2011 355.3 Asylum- and Refuge-seeking in Germany 365.4 Responses within Germany 425.5 NSAs in Refugee Governance in Germany 445.6 PPPs in Refugee Governance in Germany 495.7 Discussion and Other Issues Concerned 526 Conclusion 55References 57Appendix A: Map of Administrative Units in Germany 67Appendix B: Asylum-application Procedures: Essen as an Example 68Appendix C: Lists of Organizations/Networks on refugee matter in Germany 69 zh_TW dc.source.uri (資料來源) http://thesis.lib.nccu.edu.tw/record/#G0103862001 en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) 德國 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 公私夥伴關係 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 難民危機 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) 敘利亞難民 zh_TW dc.subject (關鍵詞) Germany en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) Public-private partnerships en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) Refugee crisis en_US dc.subject (關鍵詞) Syrian refugees en_US dc.title (題名) 難民治理中的公私夥伴關係:以德國為例 zh_TW dc.title (題名) Public-Private Partnerships in Refugee Governance: A Case Study of Germany en_US dc.type (資料類型) thesis en_US dc.relation.reference (參考文獻) AfD files complaint against German government’s refugee policy.
